1.      What are your shipping options and prices?

To ensure timely delivery of our products, we use UPS for all of our shipping needs. Our standard shipping is UPS Two-day air. Your shipping price will be calculated based on the zip code entered at checkout. Shipping rates vary from $29.99-$99.99 based on your geographic location.

2.      When will my order be shipped?

ALL orders are shipped the Monday following the day you place your order.  

3.      How will I know that my order was received?

If you have not been contacted via e-mail by S&T Provisions within 24 hours of placing your order online, please e-mail us at sandtprovisions@gmail.com. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please include your billing name, date order was placed, and a day and evening phone number in your E-mail.

4.      How can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

5.      Can I ship outside the United States?

We are currently only shipping to the 50 United States. We are working on expanding our shipping reach soon.

6.      How do I check my delivery status?

To check the delivery status of your order, simply go to ups.com. Select your Country (USA), enter the tracking number you received when you placed your order, and hit "track it!" - it's that easy! If for any reason you should have a question or problems, send us an email at sandtprovisions@gmail.com.

7.      Does the food stay frozen?

Depending on the season and your location in the U.S. the product may thaw.  This is expected, completely normal, and safe.  Your food will arrive cold.

8.      Will UPS deliver if no one is at home?

In most cases, if the customer is not home, UPS will leave the box in the safest area possible.  Drivers reserve the right to retain the shipment if he/she is not confident leaving the package.  In this case, UPS will attempt the delivery at total of 3 times.  After the first attempt, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate delivery with UPS.  Also, if the package is sent to an apartment, the recipient must be home; Due to fraud, UPS WILL NOT leave the box at a neighbor's or the apartment office.

9.      When ordering a package may items be substituted?

To keep costs low for our customers we do not offer substitutions for any packages.

10.  Why can we not purchase other S&T food items to be shipped?

We continue to look at adding and testing items to be shipped all year. When an item has been completely tested, it will be added to our shipping selections.
